Eggs and Soldiers with a difference...perfect for Easter Breakfast

Happy Easter!  This is a great breakfast idea for Easter Morning..eggs and soldiers but with a difference, Chocolate eggs with a Chocolate Ganache and Hot Cross Bun soldiers to dip...sounds delicious.  There's a bit of creativity needed but you can buy hollow chocolate eggs and the Hot Cross Buns and then make a simple chocolate ganache.  The link to Jane's Patisserie for the recipe in the article wouldn't work for me so here's a quick ganache  - just 2 ingredients dark chocolate and double cream.  For 4 little eggs 100g good quality dark chocolate should be ok and 95 ml of double cream, double the quantities if you need more.  Break the chocolate up into a heat-proof bowl.  Heat the cream in a saucepan to just boil, watch it so it doesn't boil over, then pour it over the chocolate and whisk until smooth.  Allow it to cool a little before pouring into the chocolate eggs.  Full article here in case link works
