Fill up on Flavanoids

What even is a flavanoid you may ask? Well, they're compounds naturally produced by plants and super rich in antioxidants which have loads of health benefits. A recently published Australian study, looking at 120,000 people over the last 10 yrs, believes that flavanoids are the key to fighting chronic disease and leading to longer, healthier lives.
I know, there are always studies suggesting we should do this or that, but the 4 key things to eat in this one are so easy, nothing hard to get hold of or hard to swallow and happily one of them is chocolate, dark of course, along with tea, apples and berries (blueberries, raspberries and strawberries). You can read more here... I'm off to pop the kettle on and grab an apple, or even go all in and add a square of chocolate topped with a raspberry from the fridge!
