Amazing Melt Workshop

Not sure why it's taken me so long to get this on here, life never seems to slow down long enough to catch up! Anyway, a few months ago I enjoyed a brilliant workshop on all things chocolate @Meltchocolates in Notting Hill and had the lovely Paul all to myself as I was the only person booked on that morning. We made praline filled truffles, ganache truffles and solid bars and even had a go at tempering chocolate on the worktop. It was a lovely few hours and I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone else that would like to make gorgeous chocolates and discover more about chocolate with the very knowledgeable Paul. They looked totally professional in their beautiful packaging and most importantly tasted amazing too. A morning well spent!
