What an amazing year of baking and creating at my Ready, Steady Bake after school club. We've had so much fun in the kitchen, it's been brilliant to watch them grow their baking skills and their confidence, who knows we may have a future bread baker or pastry chef among them.
We've produced all sorts from Haggis Quiche to Apple Crumble Muffins, Soda Bread to Raspberry Palmiers and even made our own butter to go with freshly baked Scones. We've experimented with colour and apples, crafted jubilee cake toppers and fortune cookies and created lots of things out of fruit, vegetables and even cheese!
So much fun, thanks to everyone who came along this year, I'm looking forward to more of the same next year. To book for September click here
