Although still living with Covid in 2021, it was a year of new beginnings and fresh starts as things slowly opened up again. I got back onto the Farmer's Market, Village Pop-Ups moved to in person rather than online, I was back at the infamous 3Brewers Open Day, which was brilliant, I started an After School Cooking Club, actually managed baking workshops in my kitchen, rather than zoom and was honoured to create a Moroccan Inspired Chocolate cake for a friend's party. Looking forward to another year of new beginnings and great bakes...
