Come and join me with a glass of fizz to bake and create festive treats. 
 
 

  • WHAT & WHERE

    All ingredients supplied to bake and create Chocolate Amaretti Cookies and 2 different types of Chocolate Truffles.

    Please let me know if you have any allergies.  We will be using dairy - butter, eggs, chocolate and cream and Ground Almonds/Almond Flour (Nuts). 

    Workshop location is The Choc Spot Kitchen, St Albans, AL1.  Full details of venue to be supplied in confirmation email once booked on.

    Places limited to 8.

     

  • ABOUT ME

    I run a Cooking Club at a local School and a stall on the Monthly Farmer's Market in St Albans.  I am DBS checked and my kitchen is 5 star hygiene rated by the council.
