The Eiffel Tower in Chocolate!

This Summer, in less than 50 days, the Olympics comes to Paris and Amaury Guichon is celebrating this in style. Amaury is a brilliant French-Swiss craft chocolatier, who presented The School of Chocolate on Netflix a few years back. He creates the most amazing, intricate and often life-size chocolate sculptures and he's now created The Eiffel Tower in chocolate, complete with Olympic Rings, although sadly not life-size, it's still 8ft tall and contains 70lbs of chocolate!
