Another fab baking and creating year is over and they've all been brilliant. We've created a whole range of sweet and savoury bakes from fruit cake for the King's Coronation to Cauliflower naans, baked falafels, ocean cupcakes and loads more. I even introduced a Bake Off style technical challenge week and they all did brilliantly, creating cheese scones and flavouring their own soda breads in all sorts of shapes and designs.
Thanks to everyone for their enthusiasm and all the great feedback. It's brilliant to see them all grow in confidence in the kitchen and eager to try stuff out at home too. It's so much fun and I'm looking forward to starting all over again in September. To book future clubs and workshops click here
